1、非体外循环冠脉搭桥术后近期疗效观察作者：张成作　李炎　王程　贾红雨　栗春【摘要】目的对比传统体外循环冠状动脉旁路移植术评价非体外循环冠状动脉旁路移植术后近期临床疗效。方法入选36例冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者，分体外循环冠脉旁路移植术组15例，非体外循环冠脉旁路移植术组21例，记录两组临床常见并发症等近期临床效果指标。结果非体外循环冠脉旁路移植术组与体外循环冠状动脉旁路移植术组在桥血管数、住院期间死亡率方面差异无统计学意义(P>0．05)。非体外循环冠脉旁路移植术组在心律失常、住院时间、引流量、血肌酐等方面优于体外循环冠状动脉旁路移植术组(P<0．05)。

2、手术时间明显少于体外循环冠状动脉旁路移植术组(P<0．01)。住院期间两组死亡率均为0。结论在有适应证情况下，非体外循环冠脉旁路移植术治疗冠心病安全可行，与体外循环冠状动脉旁路移植术相比，可以减少患者手术时间、减轻各脏器功能损害，住院时间，在临床疗效上具有优势，近期临床疗效较好。　　【关键词】冠状动脉旁路移植；体外循环；疗效　　　　　　【Abstract】ObjectiveTocomparethetraditionaloff-pumpcoronaryarterybypassgraftingevaluationoftheoff-pumpcoronaryarte
