5、deofpublishinghaschangefromtheoriginalpaperpublicationtodigitalpublication,toacertainextenttosolvetheredundantprocessespaper-basedoffice,lowefficiencyofknowledgeresources,literaturedisseminationbackwardandotherissues.Butdigitalpublicationisstillfacingthepressureofmassivecontentexp
6、ansionanditerativeupdatingofknowledgeproducts,lackofhumanresourcesandresourcesgraduallyobvious,theintroductionofinnovativeapproachisimminent.Asanewmodelofopencollaborativecreation,crowd-sourcingcouldmakefulluseoftheunusedsocialresource,ithasbeenappliedextensivelyinsomefieldsandgai
