1、摘要投票选举是社会选择理论研究的典型问题目前已大量应用于现实生活之中并取得了很大的成效但也存在一些问题本文将从常用投票规则的合理选择和其防策略性这两个方面对投票选举进行研究和论述　论文首先阐明投票规则研究的重要性和对防操纵性研究的必要性介绍了投票理论的基础对国内外常用的三类投票选举方式多数投票制比例投票制和混合制加以说明并分析其优缺点和使用范围介绍两种比较著名社会选择函数Ｃｏｎｄｏｒｃｅｔ函数和Ｂｏｒｄａ函数接着就防策略投票的理论基础ＧＳ防策略投票不可能性定理进行了简要的介绍在此基础上研究了在严

2、格偏好情况下多值性社会选择函数防策略性性质证明了多值社会选择函数满足防策略性时一定满足一致性且选择结果是一个常量主要讨论了简单多数票法二次投票法和Ｂｏｒｄａ三种投票选举方法的策略投票形式证明了运用这三种方法进行投票选举是可操纵的并分别对三种投票选举方法在什么情况下会产生策略投票和在什么情况下不会产生加以分析论文最后集中研究了农村选举和社区选举的问题其中研究了农村选举和社区选举用到的双过半制重点讨论了现有的农村投票选举规则分别讨论了其优缺点　总之本文结合实际选举存在的问题讨论和研究了常用投票规则的优缺点
