1、沈阳理工大学硕士学位论文摘要彼得F・德鲁克（PeterF.Drucker,1995）曾经说过“如果你不能评价，你就无法管理”。一个有效的成本绩效评价体系可以提升企业的绩效管理水平，挖掘企业的核心竞争力，提高企业的创新能力，最终达到企业的目标。因此构建一套符合企业战略成本管理目标、全价值链的成本管理业绩评价体系已经势在必行。目前理论界对于成本管理绩效评价体系的研究较多，但在应用研究上却显得较为欠缺。本文拟通过为W公司构建一整套成本管理绩效评价系统，借此为成本管理绩效体系的构建应用研究提出实践意义
2、。本文分为五部分，第一部分为选题的背景意义、国内外研究现状及本文创新点，第二部分为相关理论综述，介绍了战略管理、战略成本管理、平衡记分卡、KPI指标体系理论，为构建W公司成本管理KPI指标体系做好理论基础。第三部分为通过分析W公司目前成本管理现状、内外部环境的基础上，提出构建成本管理KPI指标体系的必要性及可性行，第四部分首先通过分析基础上为W公司建立战略成本管理目标，然后通过平衡记分卡设置四个层面的具体目标，最后通过层次分析法挑选出KPI关键成本绩效指标，构建成体系。最后一部分为在构建过程的后
