1、泻肺平喘灵颗粒扩张模型豚鼠支气管的实验研究作者:袁斌韩新民杨江宋伟郜明【摘要】目的观察泻肺平喘灵颗粒对组胺所致豚鼠支气管痉挛的影响。方法采用组胺建立豚鼠支气管痉挛模型40只,随机分为5组,即空白对照组、阳性对照组、泻肺平喘灵高剂量组、泻肺平喘灵中剂量组、泻肺平喘灵低剂量组。空白对照组给予0.9%氯化钠注射液,阳性对照组给予氨茶碱,泻肺平喘灵组分别给予高、中、低剂量泻肺平喘灵颗粒,30min后记录各组支气管气道内压,再次静脉注射组胺并记录各组支气管气道内压。结果给药30min后泻肺平喘灵颗粒高、中剂量组气道内压与空白对照组比较差异有
2、统计学意义(P<0.05),与阳性对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而低剂量组作用不明显(P>0.05)。2次注射组胺后,泻肺平喘灵颗粒高剂量组及阳性对照组与空白对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但与空白对照组给药30min后比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论高、中剂量泻肺平喘灵颗粒可扩张支气管,在一定范围内对抗组胺对支气管的收缩作用,对实验性豚鼠支气管痉挛有较好的治疗效果。【关键词】支气管痉挛;动物;实验;组胺;中成药;颗粒剂 【Abstract】ObjectiveTo
