2、考文献9铜陵学院学年论文论重婚罪摘要近些年来，随着社会经济社会的发展，我国重婚现象日趋严重，并呈现出类型多样、情况复杂、案情隐蔽等特点，其中最为常见的问题就是重婚犯罪。重婚犯罪不仅影响了家庭关系和社会秩序的和谐稳定,而且引发了大量案件,从而给社会带来了一系列的不安定的因素，因而重婚罪的研究和完善具有更加重要的现实意义。本文主要从以下几个部分进行论述：第一章：重婚罪概述。这一部分主要从婚姻社会意义的方面来探讨重婚罪的现状和不利影响。第二章：重婚罪的认定。此部分主要说明重婚罪的构成要件以及具体认定，将重婚罪与其他类似概念相区别，并通过案例进行具体分析。第三
