1、锁定加压钢板治疗髋臼骨折作者：张煜，徐南伟，周栋，牛文利，高翔【摘要】［目的］探讨锁定加压钢板在髋臼骨折中的临床应用。［方法］应用锁定加压钢板治疗23例髋臼骨折，其中男16例，女7例，平均43.3岁（21～61岁）。致伤原因车祸19例、高处坠落3例，重物碾压1例。按Letournel分型，简单骨折17例，其中前柱骨折7例，后壁骨折3例，前壁骨折5例，横行骨折2例；复杂骨折6例，其中双柱骨折1例，T型骨折1例，后柱合并后壁骨折3例，横行合并后壁骨折1例。［结果］所有患者术后伤口均Ⅰ期愈合。23例患者平均获20.1个月随访（3～24个月）。手术时

2、间平均123min（50～235min），失血100～1500ml，输血0～1200ml。按Matt临床疗效标准,总优良率为73.9%(17/23)。［结论］锁定加压钢板治疗髋臼骨折操作简单、创伤小，可有效治疗髋臼骨折。【关键词】锁定加压钢板；髋臼骨折；骨折内固定术Abstract：［Objective］Toexploretheclinicresultsofthelockingcompressionplatefixationfortheacetabularfractures.［Method］Twenty-threepatientsweretr

7、lfixation锁定加压钢板（lockingcompressionplate,LCP）作为一种新型的内固定器材，因其独特的成角稳定性在四肢骨折治疗中逐渐得到推广运用。尤其对于干骺端骨折和骨质疏松的患者，其内固定支架的原理能减少应力遮挡、减轻骨膜血供破坏、减少手术时间和操作难度而利于骨折愈合。但是LCP在髋臼骨折中的运用国内还少见报道。自2004年10月～2006年4月，作者利用LCP治疗23例髋臼骨折，取得了一定疗效，现报告如下。1资料与方法1.1一般资料患者，男16例，女7例，平均43.3岁（21～61岁）。致伤原因车祸19例、高处坠落3
