1、重组人生长激素、雌激素联合应用对去势大鼠剩余牙槽骨吸收的影响作者:唐成芳 李晓红 郭三萍 肖卓 胡亚军【摘要】 目的观察重组人生长激素(rHGH)、雌激素(estrone,E2)及两者联合应用对抗酒石酸酸性酶(TRAP)的活性及剩余牙槽骨骨形态计量学指标的影响,以明确两药单用及联合应用延缓骨质疏松(OP)所致的剩余牙槽骨吸收及其机制。方法通过去除SD大鼠双侧卵巢,拔除单侧上颌磨牙,建立去势大鼠剩余牙槽骨动物模型,建模成功后分为模型组和治疗组,治疗组分别给予rHGH、E2单用及联合治疗。药物治疗4周及8周后,检测各组血清TRAP含量及形态计量学指标
2、的改变。结果①E2治疗组(ERT)、联合治疗组(ErHGHT)TRAP含量低于模型组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;ERT、ErHGHT两组TRAP含量基本相同,但都与rHGH治疗组(rHGHT)有统计学差异(P<0.05)。②去势可使大鼠剩余牙槽骨的骨小梁面积比减少,宽度减小,髓腔扩大,加速剩余牙槽骨的吸收。rHGH、E2单用及两者联合应用4周及8周后可提高去势大鼠剩余牙槽骨的骨小梁宽度、骨小梁面积视野百分比,降低骨小梁间隙宽度。结论rHGH、E2单用及两者联合应用在一定程度上延缓骨质疏松大鼠剩余牙槽骨的快速吸收。【关键词
