1、【摘要】根据测算，2008年北京奥运会将需要志愿者10万人。由于我国志愿服务事业仅仅开始于80年代中期，发展时间短，运作不成熟，工作机制未理顺，多种志愿服务团体力量难以整合，运作模式不完善，服务水平，服务管理有待大幅度提高。离2008奥运会开幕式倒计时只有600天左右了，时间对于我们来说是很紧迫的。奥运志愿服务应当是“想参与者尽申请，能参与者尽参与”的志愿服务。奥运志愿服务应当成为真正意义上的第三部门运动，独立于现有“单位”之外，使想参与者都能够根据自身情况、依据有关条件对于具体项目提出申请，使个人的愿望、能力和实际的需求三者完美结合起来。形成“人要去做”，而不是“事
2、要人做”，最大限度以人为本。本奥运志愿者服务管理系统是集志愿者、工作人员管理为一体的管理软件，是一个实用的管理信息系统。根据奥组委志愿者协会实际需求分析并实现了志愿者申请、申核、调度、工作人员管理、系统公告、活动交流等功能，将使奥运志愿者的管理工作更加方便、快捷，有利于志愿者管理服务水平的提高。本系统基于J2EE体系，采用Eclipse3.2和Dreamweaver开发，后台选用的是开源关系数据库MYSQL5.0。【关键词】奥运志愿者管理MISJ2EEEclipse77【ABSTRACT】Accordingtoestimates,the2008BeijingOlymp
