5、ion,thepuppethadnoopportunityCooperationtoreciprocate.Resultsshowedthat5-year-olds,butnot3-year-Prosocialdevelopmentolds,increasedtheirsharingtowardapotentialreciprocator.Inaddition,wefoundthatchildren’sabilitytodelaygratificationwaspositivelyrelatedtotheirtendencytos
6、hareinbothcondi-tions.Thesefindingsshowthatreciprocityinanticipationofrepeatedinteractionsemergesduringmiddlechildhood.Moreover,ourresultshighlighttheimportanceoftheabilitytodelaygratificationasaprerequisiteforchildren’ssharing.Wediscusshowchildren’semergingcognitiveab
