1、论自媒体时代的知识产权保护摘要由于我国成文法具有无法避免的滞后性、自媒体知识产权具有的法律上与计算机网络技术上的双重复杂的特性，在自媒体迅速发展的今天，我国自媒体领域对知识产权的保护体系并未有效建立。相比于传统的知识产权，网络知识产权具有以下特点：打破了传统知识产权的地域性、专有性和时间性等特点，权利人的智力成果传播范围可以在瞬间达到全球各个角落，由此产生的知识产权侵权案件具有时间更短、范围更广、侵权人更多等特性。而网络发展进入自媒体时代后，更是在知识产权保护的各个方面涌现出了许多新的挑战与问题。立法上的滞后加之侵权手段之多
2、、侵权成本之小、侵权利润之巨导致了在自媒体平台上知识产权的侵权案件频发，各个类型的侵权手段层出不穷，越来越多人的合法权益受到侵害。长此以往，不仅将影响互联网自媒体平台的发展，更会给社会文化、科学领域的创新积极性带来巨大的损害。本文希望通过调查网络自媒体侵权传播的现状、分析我国现有立法、对比参照各国有关立法、借鉴以往知识产权制度面对新兴媒体的对策以期找出更好的调和自媒体传播快捷个性的优势与保护著作权人专有权利之间矛盾的方法：加强自媒体提供平台监管，严格自媒体平台提供者责任，建立便捷快速维权渠道，创立新的利益分享模式。Abstr
