1、反复呼吸道感染72例病因分析【摘要】目的：分析反复呼吸道感染的致病因素。了解笔者本地区2~6岁儿童反复呼吸道感染的T淋巴细胞亚群及NK细胞的变化。方法：选择2011年6月～2012年6月来我院儿科就诊的72例反复呼吸道感染患儿为病例组，在选取同时间段来我院进行健康体检的健康儿童160例为对照组，收集两组儿童的相关临床资料，根据相关文献对可能致儿童发生反复呼吸道感染相关的致病危险因素进行分析。结果：72例患儿中＜3岁组共33例（45.83%），3～6岁组共21例（29.17%），≥6岁组共18例（25.00%），三组发病类型均以上呼吸道感染为主，分别占54.55%、66.6

2、7%、61.11%。病例组的早产、母乳喂养、家族史、吸二手烟、入托或上学、滥用抗生素、母亲学历、贫血、支原体抗体及衣原体抗体等因素上与对照组相比，（χ2=4.499，4.873，4.916，4.327，4.922，11.443，4.320，4.510，4.352，5.574，均P＜0.05）差异具有统计学意义。病例组的Zn、Fe、Ca元素与对照组相比相对缺乏，经比较（t=3.332，2.854，2.469，P=0.001，0.005，0.014）差异具有统计学意义。结论：早产、非母乳喂养、家族史、吸二手烟、入托或上学、滥用抗生素、母亲学历高中及以下、贫血、支原体抗体阳性、
