1、摘 要随着中国加入WTO,我国国民经济逐渐融入世界经济大环境中。烟草行业长期以来作为国家垄断行业,对我国的国民经济有着非一般的重要性。然而面对经济全球化这一不可逆转的历史趋势,中国的烟草行业必须从各方面进行改革与创新,适应新的时代和环境。本文着重讨论中国烟草行业的现行营销模式,联系目前的市场环境,就现行营销模式中提出一些问题。并在强调更新营销理念的基础上,研究优化现行营销模式的策略,以应对国内外烟草市场的变化。关键词:烟草专卖制度卷烟营销零售网络核心品牌maintenancemeasures,thereisabigsecurityrisk,managementhashadagreatimpa

7、···········36中国烟草行业营销模式的发展研究第一章中国烟草行业的营销模式1.1 中国烟草行业营销模式的变迁我国自建国以来就开始着手建设烟草专卖制度。从1950年开始,国家对当时各地分散凌乱的卷烟生产企业实行重组和统一管理,明确烟草行业的税收政策,1952年国务院颁布了《卷烟专卖事业条例》初步形成了烟草行业的国家专卖制度;1982年中国烟草总公司成立;1983年,《烟草专卖条例》的颁布;直至1991
