3、centersurroundLiaodongpeninsulaportagglomerations.BasedoncomprehensiveevaluationofDaliancrudeoilterminal,therationaldistributionoftheport,effectiveuseofshorelineresourcesandtheoverallplanningofcrudeoilportterminals,strivestopromoteresourceintegrationoftheregionandoutsidetheport,theportresource
