1、三株骨条藻光合甘油脂的分布研究三株骨条藻光合甘油脂的分布研究#严小军,陈德莹,徐继林,周成旭*(宁波大学应用海洋生物技术教育部重点实验室,浙江宁波315211)510152025303540摘要:运用超高效液相色谱一四级杆飞行时间质谱联用分析系统UPLC-Q-TOF-MS,对三株海洋硅藻中的骨条藻(Skeletonemasp.)进行定性定量分析研究。在类囊体膜上,单半乳糖甘油二酯MGDG和双半乳糖甘油二酯DGDG分别占据膜总光合脂的45%-70%和5%-15%,硫代异鼠李糖甘油二酯SQDG和同样带负电荷的磷脂酰甘油PG分别占据膜总光合脂的10%-40
2、%和4%-10%。MGDG分子主要为16:3/16:3MGDG,20:5/16:1MGDG和20:5/16:3MGDG,DGDG分子主要为C20:5/C16:1DGDG,C20:5/C16:2DGDG和C16:1/C16:1DGDG,SQDG主要为C14:0/C14:0,C14:0/C16:0,C14:0/C16:1和C14:0/C16:3,所有的PG分子都将C18:1/C18:1作为主要种类。根据sn-2位脂肪酸的种类,可以得出MGDG和DGDG是由位于质体的原核生物合成途径合成的,而PG和SQDG的合成途径是一种典型的混合型生物合成途径原核途径和真核
