1、CathepsinB、uPA和uPAR基因在肝细胞肝癌中的表达、相互关系及作用【摘要】目的:探讨肝细胞肝癌(HCC)组织中组织蛋白酶B(CB)、尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活物(uPA)及其受体(uPAR)基因的表达、相互关系及作用,并分析其机制。方法:应用RT-PCR方法测定71例肝组织标本,包括对照组(C)12例,HCC组34例和癌旁组织(PTT)组25例的CBmRNA、uPAmRNA、uPARmRNA表达,分析其间的相关性。结果:HCC组CBmRNA、uPAmRNA、uPARmRNA表达均明显高于C组和PTT组,差异有
2、显著性(P<0.01),PTT组与C组间差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。CBmRNA与uPAmRNA(r=0.805),CBmRNA与uPARmRNA(r=0.786),uPAmRNA与uPARmRNA(r=0.874)之间均存在显著的正相关关系(均P<0.01)。结论:肝癌组织CBmRNA、uPAmRNA、uPARmRNA均呈现高表达,它们之间可能相互诱导,协同促使肝癌的侵袭和转移。【关键词】癌肝细胞组织蛋白酶B尿纤溶酶原激活物尿纤溶酶原激活物受体Expression,relationshipa
