4、econdunitsandindividualsengagedinanimalfeedandfeedadditiveswithintheadministrativeareaoftheprovince'sproductionandmanagement,useandqualityinspection,supervisionandmanagement,mustabidebythesemeasures.ThirdProvincialPeople'sgovernmentadministrativedepartmentsofagricultureoftheprovinceisrespo
5、nsibleforthemanagementofanimalfeedandfeedadditives.City,county(city,district)people'sgovernmentdepartmentinchargeofagricultureadministrationorbythepeople'sgovernmentatthesameleveltodeterminethefeedandfeedadditivesmanagementdepartment(hereinafterreferredtoasthefeedadministrativedepartment),
6、responsiblefortheadministrativeareaoftheadministrationofanimalfeedandfeedadditives.Fourthentry-exitanimaledibleforagefeedandfeedadditives,inspectionandquarantinesupervisionandmanagementworkinaccordancewiththerelevantprovisionsoftheStateAdministrationforentryexitinspectionandquarantineenfor
7、cement.Approvedfifthnewfeed,feedadditivesandthefirstimportoffeedandfeedadditiveregistration,inaccordancewiththerelevantprovisionsofthe"regulations".Thesecondchapterproduction,operation,useandmanagementSixththeestablishmentofaproductionenterpriseofanimalfeedand
