3、nagementoffeedsandfeedadditives,improvethequalityofanimalfeedandfeedadditives,andpromotethedevelopmentoffeedindustryandbreedingindustry,protectingthehealthofthepeople,accordingtotheStateCouncil"managementregulations"feedandfeedadditives,combinedwiththeactualsituationoftheautonomou
4、sregion,todevelopthisapproach.Secondunitsandindividualsengagedintheproduction,operation,publicity,supervision,inspectionandmanagementoffeedandfeedadditivesintheadministrativeregionoftheAutonomousRegionshallabidebythesemeasures.Theterm"feed"usedinthethirdMeasuresreferstothefeedproc
5、essedbyindustrializedprocessingandfeedingforanimals,includingsinglefeed,additivepremixfeed,concentratedfeed,compoundfeedandconcentratesupplement.Saidfeedadditives"asmentionedintheseMeasuresreferstotheadministrativedepartmentoftheStateCouncilandthedevelopmentoftheagriculture,infeed
6、processing,production,useintheprocessofaddingthesmallortracesubstances,includingnutritionalfeedadditivesandfeedadditivesingeneral.Theadministrativedepartmentsofagricultureandanimalhusbandryofthepeople'sgovernmentsatorabovethecountylevelshallberesponsiblefortheadministrationoffeeda
7、ndfeedadditiveswithintheadministrativeregionoftheFourthPeople'sgovernments.Administrativedepartmentsofindustryandcommerce,qualityandtechnicalsupervisionatalllevels,inaccordancewiththeirrespectiveduties,doagoodjobinthesupervisionandmanagementoffeedproductionandoperationaccordingtol
