4、ropylene(PP),andpoly(ethyleneterephthalate)(PET)aremostwidelyusedplasticsinmodernsocietyandreceivedmuchmoreattentiontodayduetotheirharmonywiththeenvironmentandeaseofrecycle.Theunitassemblyoradhesionoftheseplasticssuchaslaminatingareoftenencountered,however
5、,itisknowninthearttheyaredifficulttobondwitheachotherbyadhesivesbecauseoftheirlowsurfaceenergy,lowpolarity,andlittleornoporosity.Toimprovetheadhesionofthesematerials,surfacetreatments,suchasplasmatreatment,coronadischarge,chemicaloxidation,andprimercoating
6、havebeenusedtoalterthesurface.Butthesetreatmentsareexpensiveandtimeconsuming,andarenotalwayspossible.Inapplicationsconcernedwiththesedifficulttobondmaterials,hotmeltadhesive,cyanoacrylatewithprimersystem,two-componentepoxyresin,andtwo-componentacrylateadhe
7、sivehavebeendeveloped.Butthesesystemsarestillnotsatisfactorytomeettheneedsofhighspeedlinerequirement.Primertreatmentorpremixinghandlingfortwo-componentsystemsisalsonegativefactorsinpracticalapplications.UVcurableresinsareone-componentandcanbecuredinseconds
