4、sinmodernsocietyandreceivedmuchmoreattentiontodayduetotheirharmonywiththeenvironmentandeaseofrecycle.Theunitassemblyoradhesionoftheseplasticssuchaslaminatingareoftenencountered,however,itisknowninthearttheyaredifficulttobondwitheachotherbyadhesivesbecauseoftheirlowsurfaceenergy,l
5、owpolarity,andlittleornoporosity.Toimprovetheadhesionofthesematerials,surfacetreatments,suchasplasmatreatment,coronadischarge,chemicaloxidation,andprimercoatinghavebeenusedtoalterthesurface.Butthesetreatmentsareexpensiveandtimeconsuming,andarenotalwayspossible.Inapplicationsconce
6、rnedwiththesedifficulttobondmaterials,hotmeltadhesive,cyanoacrylatewithprimersystem,two-componentepoxyresin,andtwo-componentacrylateadhesivehavebeendeveloped.Butthesesystemsarestillnotsatisfactorytomeettheneedsofhighspeedlinerequirement.Primertreatmentorpremixinghandlingfortwo-co
7、mponentsystemsisalsonegativefactorsinpracticalapplications.UVcurableresinsareone-componentandcanbecuredinsecondsmakeitagoodchoicepreferableinhighspeedlineproduction.However,therearefewreportsofUVcuringtyperesinsfocusingonthesedifficulttobondmaterials.Here,weconcentratethestudyonU
