1、摘要本毕业设计的课题是车辆坡路起步防溜车装置设计，主要任务是在汽车变速箱内中间轴上设计一套机构，使汽车在传动系统处于前进挡(一挡)、离合器分离状态下而不倒转，以解决汽车坡路起步溜车问题。本文在综述国内外车辆坡路起步防溜车装置的研究情况及其发展的基础上，对车辆坡路起步防溜车装置的结构进行了设计，对一些关键部分进行了计算。重点是防溜车装置的棘轮盘、棘爪盘和棘爪及控制机构的设计及校核。本文设计的车辆坡路起步防溜车装置采用棘轮机构，棘轮盘、棘爪盘和控制机构组成该装置的基本框架。将棘爪盘固定在箱体上，棘轮盘固定在中间轴上；控制机构与汽车一挡、二挡换挡拨块连接。当汽车进入一挡时机构开始工作，棘轮盘
