4、"People'sRepublicofChinaHighwayLaw","People'sRepublicofChinaroadtrafficsafetylaw","Jiangsuprovincehighwayregulations","Jiangsuprovincehighwayregulations"andotherrelevantlawsandregulations,combinedwiththeactualsituationofthisprovince,theenactmentofthisapproach.Secondunitsandindividual
5、sengagedinhighwaytransportation,vehiclemanufacturingandotheractivitiesrelatedtohighwayoverruntransportationintheadministrativeareaofthisprovinceshallabidebythesemeasures.ThirdhighwaytransportationreferredtointheseMeasuresmeansmorethanthelawsandregulationsandnationalstandardsorexceedt
6、hetrafficsignsindicateahighlimit,limitlength,widthlimit,loadlimitofthevehicleonthehighwayact.Fourthhighwaytransportationmanagementshouldadheretotheprincipleofcomprehensivemanagement,sourcecontrol,economicregulation,strengthensupervision.FifthPeople'sgovernmentsatorabovethecountylevel
7、areresponsiblefortheorganizationandcoordinationofthehighwayoverruntransportationmanagementwithintheadministrativeregion.Thetrafficadministrativedepartmentofthelocalpeople'sgovernmentatorabovethecountylevel(hereinafterreferredtoasthetrafficadministrativedepartment)shallberesponsiblefo
