2、hyeconomicgrowthasamajorhindrance.Inthe“NationalEconomyandSocialDevelopmentFive-YearPlanoftheproposedTwelfth”,theexplicitproposaltoimplementtheoverallstrategyforregionaldevelopment,andbuildregionaleconomicstrengthsoftheregionaldevelopmentpattern,strengthenan
3、dimprovetheinter-regionalcooperationmechanismsremovemarketbarriersandpromotefactormobility,andguidetheorderlytransferofindustrytoachieveregionaldevelopment.Cross-regionalgroupinvestmentthroughthismechanismcanpromotethe"EastMidwestinteraction,mutualcomplement
4、arilyandcommondevelopment,"theformationofthesituation,forcorporatedevelopment,investmentandthepromotionoflocaleconomicdevelopment,coordinateddevelopmentofregionaleconomyhasaveryimportantvalueandsignificance.Inter-regionalinvestmentasagrouptoacertainstageofde
5、velopmentofindustrialclustersuniquephenomenonoccurs,notonlytobroadenthedevelopmentofindustrialclusters,whiledrivinginvestmentinlocalindustrialupgradingandeconomicdevelopmentistopromotethecoordinateddevelopmentofregionaleconomyinChinaisaneffectiveway.Basedoni
