1、提高乡村教师业务素质研究结题报告提高乡村教师业务素质研究结题报告汕头市潮南区陈店中学课题组负责人：陈逢浩主要参研人员：钟旭升、陈泽璇、曾和石、谢伟齐、杨建清、陈瑞丰、方水波执笔：摘要：我校课题组承担的“十一五”规划重点课题――提高乡村教师业务素质研究，历时一年多（从2010年5月开始至2011年6月结题），主要采用“行动研究”法。报告对学校（农村面上中学）教师专业素质现状、问题与对策作了系统归纳，把对策作为课题研究的重点。实践研究探索了进一步促进了我校教师业务素质，提高了我校教师的班级管理、教育与课堂教学水平。教育教学质量有了明显提升。区教育局和教研室领导多次来我校检查和指导
