1、浅谈人民法院“执行难”问题及对策摘要执行难已成为影响我国司法权威的重要问题，也是人民群众反映强烈、社会各界极为关注的热点问题。由于我国整体上正处于社会主义初级阶段，市场经济体制还不完善，法治理念还未深入人心等原因给人民法院的执行工作带来的难度越来越大。执行难的原因有很多种，有我们国家体制和制度上的不完善，也有法院内部的一些原因，尽管现在这个问题已经引起各方面的关注和探索，但是如何能够解决它还是摆在我们面前的一大难题。本文通过赞成反思法的思考方式对执行难问题进行界定，并分析相关的原因等方面着手，提出了加强立法工作即制定强制执行法，强化刑事立法，合理修改现行法律；完善现有

2、的有关执行工作的体制和体系，特别是执行威慑机制的建设；另外认为改革是解决执行难最为直接有效的方法，从人民法院的角度提出改革方案，并介绍本地区法院的优秀做法，希望能对我们解决执行难问题有所帮助。关键词：执行难界定原因对策Discussiononthepeople'scourt"enforcementdifficulty"problemandcountermeasureAbstractDifficultyinenforcementhasbecomeanimportantissueofjudicialauthority,butalsothepeoplethehotissues
