1、糖尿病健康教育路径临床应用效果评价付阿丹杨静刘芹【摘要】目的评价将临床路径引用到住院DM病人中进行健康教育的效果。方法将住院的679例2型DM病人随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用常规方法进行健康教育,观察组根据糖尿病健康教育路径表进行健康教育。通过监测血糖,应用DKT量表测定DM病人知识水平,DM自我管理量表测定评价自我管理水平,护理质量满意度问卷调查,护士对两种教育方法的认同感调查等比较各组病人教育前后的效果,以及两组间的效果。结果观察组和对照组各组教育前后的血糖、DM知识水平、自我管理差异有统计学意义;观察组和对照组比较教育后的空腹血糖差异
2、有统计学意义(P<0.01),早餐后血糖差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),DM知识水平、自我管理差异有统计学意义(p<0.01),护理质量满意度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),护士对健康教育路径也有更高的认同感。结论应用临床路径对住院的糖尿病人进行健康教育是一种切实可行的健康教育方式。【关键词】糖尿病临床路径健康教育效果评价ApplicationandeffectevaluationofclinicalpathwaysinhealtheducationtodiabeticinpatientsFuA-dan,YangJing,LiuQinDe
