3、developmentgoals.Theabovetwokindsoftrainingsystemisofimportanceandsuitabilityintheenterprise,butthefocusisonthepersonalandjobmatchingandindividualperformance,andaccordingtothequalityofthestaff'sabilitytodeterminethefocusoftrainingobjects,theweakeningofthecultivationofteam,eventhewholeent
