1、嘉兴月明皮件箱包厂人力资源管理状况研究摘要：随着社会主义市场经济的快速发展，市场竞争的不断加剧，人力资源管理在企业管理中的作用日趋重要。一个企业能否快速健康发展，在很大程度上取决于员工素质的高低，取决于人力资源管理在企业中是否受到应有的重视，是否得到适当的应用。嘉兴月明皮件箱包厂作为一家正在成长中的企业，其人力资源管理理念、管理水平都还处在很低的层次上。企业的人力资源管理规划不够科学和完善，企业对人员的招聘、培训、激励等方式满足不了社会主义市场经济发展的要求，符合不了现代企业参与市场激烈竞争的需求。本文通过对嘉兴明月皮件箱包厂人力资源管理现状的分析，针对其存在的问题，以国内外人力资
