1、ChinaPacificPropertyInsuranceCo.,Ltd.PublicLiabilityInsuranceChinaPacificPropertyInsuranceCo.,Ltd.PublicLiabilityInsuranceClausesGeneralProvisionsProvisionIThisInsuranceContract(hereinafterreferredtoas“Contract”)consistsofInsuranceClauses,InsuranceApplica
2、tion,InsurancePolicyorotherCertificatesofInsuranceaswellassuchotherinsuranceapplicationdocuments,statements,comments,affixedendorsementsorotherwrittendocuments asrelatedhereto.Anyandallsucharrangementsasinvolvedhereundershallbemadeinwriting.ProvisionIIAny
3、andallgovernmentalagencies,enterpriseandpublicinstitutions,socialgroups,individualeconomicorganizationsandotherlegallyestablishedorganizationswithintheterritoryofthePeople’sRepublicofChina(exclusiveofHKSAR,MacaoSARandTaiwan,thesameappliesbelow)aredeemedto
4、bequalifiedenoughtobetheInsuredhereunder.InsurancecoverageProvisionIIIDuringtheinsuranceperiodandwithinsuchscopeofareasasspecifiedherein,incaseofanyincidentasaresultoftheInsured’snegligenceduringthecourseofitsrunninganybusinessactivitiesoritsownbusiness,w
5、hichincidenthascausedthird-partypersonalinjuriesand/orpropertydamagesandthesufferer(s)raises/raiseclaimsthefirsttimeeverduringtheinsuranceperiod,theInsurershallundertaketopaytheindemnificationshereunderagainstanysuchindemnificationliabilityastobebornebyth
6、eInsuredinaccordancewiththelawsofthePeople’sRepublicofChina(exclusivethelawsofHKSAR,MacaoSARandTaiwan,thesameappliesbelow).ProvisionIVIntheeventofanyinsuredaccident,asaresultofwhicheitherarbitrationorlitigationhasbeenraisedagainsttheInsured,theInsurershal
7、lalsotakesuchliabilityastomakeindemnificationshereunderagainstanysucharbitrationorlitigationexpensesasimposedontheInsuredaswellasthoseothernecessaryandreasonablefees(hereinafterreferredtoas“LegalFees”),whichshallbepaidbytheInsurerasperthepriorwrittenconse
8、nt.ExclusionsProvisionVInthecaseofanyofthefollowingcircumstances,theInsurershallnotundertaketopayanyindemnification:(I)Suchanimals,bicycles,cars,locomotives,vesselsofanykind,aircrafts,lifts,elevators,escalators,cran
