1、师德修养与教师专业发展师德是教师队伍建设的重要内容，是教师的专业素质提升的重要保证。师德建设以爱岗敬业、教书育人为核心，以规范教师从教行为为重点，弘扬高尚师德，强化师德教育，力行师德规范。师德最基本的内容一是敬业，二是爱生。一个人从事教师职业的起始标准就是敬业。在此基础上提出师德的核心，就是爱生。爱学生是师德的一个重要核心，教育是人与人之间心灵的感召，没有爱就谈不上教育。一、现代教师的职业道德。教师职业道德是教师在职业生活，调解和处理与他人、社会、集体、职业工作关系所遵守基本行为规范和行为准则以及在这基础上所表现出来的观念意识和行为品质。1、教师义

2、务。《中华人民共和国教师法》第八条规定教师应当履行下列义务：(1)、遵守宪法、法律和职业道德，为人师表；(2)、贯彻国家的教育方针，遵守规章制度，执行学校的教学计划，履行教师聘约，完成教育教学工作任务；(3)、对学生进行宪法所确定的基本原则的教育和爱国主义、民族团结的教育，法制教育以及思想品德、文化、科学技术教育，组织、带领学生开展有益的社会活动；(4)、关心、爱护全体学生，尊重学生人格，促进学生在品德、智力、体质等方面全面发展；(5(2)drawapurgesystem,confirmedbythesupervisingprincipal;(3)
