3、stradebalance,tradeimbalancescausedbythemainanalysis,ForobjectiveandscientificviewofChina’stradeimbalance,China’stradeactivelyandeffectivelypromotethebalanceddevelopmentofspecialsignificance.First,theChinesetradebalanceofthehistoricalevolutionofreformandopeningup,expanding
4、China’sforeigntrade,tradebalanceexperiencedadeficitfrom14thetradesurpluscontinuedtoturnthetradesurplustotheprocessofevolution(seeChartI.canbedividedintothefollowingthreestages:(a1978-1989,thetradedeficitmainlystageofthephaseofthe12-yeardeficitin10yearsinthestate,thecumulat
5、ivedeficitof$46.84billion,anaverageannualdeficitof$3.9billion.(B1990-1994Thetradesurplusgraduallystagesofdevelopment.thestage,appearedin1993inadditiontoadeficitof$12.22billion,thetradesurpluswereaccumulatedsurplusof$14.38billion,anaverageannualsurplusof$2.876billion.(three
