2、附实验法ELISA测定冠心病组242例包括稳定性心绞痛SAPl3例不稳定性心绞痛UAP例非冠心病组88例血清Hp抗体HPIgG比较两组HP感染率应用放射免疫法测定冠心病组242例前列环素IPGILl血栓素BTXBz内皮舒张因子N0白细胞介素一lBIB同型半胱氨酸HcY叶酸F01维生素B同时检测血录其高血压史糖尿病史吸烟史饮酒史年龄性别等对冠心病患者HPIgG阳性组与阴性组进行对比分析gG阳性率明显高于非冠心病组53.3%结果1冠心病组血清HPIVs平明显高于HPIgG阴性组P0.01而血浆PGF水平则明显低gG阳性组血浆gG阴性组P0.053冠心病患者HPI于HPI中文摘要HcgG
