5、具设计图纸:技术要求:零件无毛刺,按IT14级。材料:08F钢料厚:1mm板宽25mm.设计资料(数据)及要求:1、图纸2、材料3、批量4、公差均见图示设计要求:1、绘制主要零件图;2、编制零件工艺规程;3、绘制模具总装图和非标准零件图;4、编写设计计算说明书。第一章工艺方案拟定1.1、材料分析该工件所用材料08F钢是常用的冲压材料,塑性较好,适合冲压加工查表得:抗拉强度=300Mpa,屈服强度=180Mpa。1.2、结构分析该工件结构简单,形状对称,适合弯曲。工件弯曲半径为1mm,查表3.1(垂直于纤维),查表rmin=0.2t=0.2mm,即能
6、一次弯曲成功。工件的弯曲直边高度为9-1-1=7mm,大于2t,因此可以弯曲成功。该工件是一个弯曲角度为90o的弯曲件,所有尺寸精度均未标注公差,而当r/t<5时,可以不考虑圆角半径的回弹,所以该工件符合普通弯曲的经济精度要求。该工件的弯曲工艺性良好,适合进行弯曲加工。1.3、毛坯展开。如图所示毛坯总长度L=6*2+38+14.5*2=79mm由表1可得:r/t=1则x=0.32,可以看出中性层的位移情况r/t0.10,20.30.4o.50.60.70.81.01.2x0.210.220.230.230.250.260.280.300.320.3
7、3r/t1.31.52.02.53.04.05.06.07.0≥8.0x0.340.360.380.390.400.420.440.46.0480.50表11.4、方案确定。由图1分析看出,该产品需要的基本冲压工序为冲孔、弯曲。根据上述分析该零件上的孔与弯曲边的距离很大,所以弯曲时不会引起孔变形,因此可以先冲孔再弯曲,所以生产该产品的工艺方案为先用级进模冲孔,再用弯曲模弯曲。二、弯曲工艺计算。2,1、冲压力的计算。(1)弯曲力的计算。弯曲力的大小不仅与毛坯尺寸、材料的力学性能、凹模支点间的间距、弯曲半径及凸凹模间隙等因素有关,而且与弯曲方法也有很大
8、的关系。生产中常用经验公式进行计算。1)弯曲力由式FZ=0.7Kbt2σb/r+t得FZ=0.7Kbt2σb/r+t=0.
