1、用赏识眼光去激励教师,用人本情怀去关爱教师,用制度文化去规范教师,用实现愿望去篇一:做一个善于尊重赏识激励教师的管理者做一个善于尊重、赏识激励教师的管理者听李红教授《学校管理新思维——激励理论与教师积极性调动》有感——广西百色市右江区大楞乡中心小学邓国任9月18日,河池学院2014年“区培计划”农村乡镇中心校校长培训(百色班)集中学习进入第五天,下午李红教授给我们作了题为《学校管理新思维——激励理论与教师积极性调动》的专题讲座。在李红教授生动有趣的讲解和互动交流中,我也联想到自己工作实际,体会到教师管理的关键在于尊重、赏识、激励教师。作为学校管理者的校长,确实有必要善用
