4、要求,1.2《丽水XX大桥工程项目专用技术规范》ZCTC-02-368,1.3《公路工程质量评定标准》JTJ071-98,1.4《公路工程施工安全技术规范》JTJ076-95,1.5《公路工程桥涵施工技术规范》JTJ041-2000。2.概述:2.1工程概况本工程主桥为160+160米单塔双索面预应力砼斜拉桥,主梁、塔墩固结体系。主梁为预应力砼肋板式梁,梁面顶宽30.5m,底部宽25.9m,梁高2.5m。每一施工梁段均有两道横隔板,其纵向间距一般为4m,厚度0.28m。主梁砼设计强度为C55,共6607M3砼。主梁纵向设有适量的预应力直线钢束,以提高主梁抗裂性和抵抗施工中局部拉
5、应力,该直线钢束拟采用连接器接长。桥面板部分设置纵向Ø25精轧螺纹钢预应力,并采用连接器接长。斜拉索在塔上垂直索距2.12~4.31米,在梁上水平纵向索距为8米,塔端、梁端都为张拉端锚具,与梁段相对应,设17层索,共计68根。斜拉索长度为56.2M~167.2M,重量为2.2T~10.2T,单根索的张拉力为210T~410T。斜拉索为高强低松弛镀锌平行钢丝制成的热挤聚乙烯成品拉索,镀锌钢丝直径为7mm,标准强度等级为1670Mpa,钢丝性能符合GB5223-85《预应力混凝土用钢丝》的规定要求。拉索防护:镀锌钢丝扭-2-绞成缆后涂防锈涂料,绕包聚脂复合带,热挤黑色PE和彩色PE
6、护套,其技术条件符合GB/T18365-2001和交通部《斜拉桥热挤聚乙烯拉索技术规范》(JT/T6-94),拉索采用冷铸镦头锚。2.2主梁施工方法2.2.1索塔下横梁处0#块主梁,通过搭设施工支架,对支架进行局部预压,消除非弹性变形,然后进行砼的施工。2.2.2对于1#—17#段8m长的标准梁段,采用前支点挂篮对称悬浇施工。2.2.3对19#现浇段,同0#块一样,采用支架现浇。2.2.4合拢段的长度为2m,利用挂蓝前移与现浇段支架连接作为施工支架施工。2.3主梁施工关键2.3.1设计制造出使用安全可靠,运用灵活方便的大型挂篮。2.3.2试配出缓凝、早强、高强,适于泵送的主梁混
7、凝土配合比。2.3.3解决长、粗、重,张拉力在4000kN以上的斜拉索的放索、挂索、张拉问题。2.3.4加强施工控制,确保桥面轴线、标高、线型、索力符合要求。3.施工准备:3.1便道:沿桥向至3#墩已修筑一条便道(见附图四)。3.2水、电:水经检验可以取用大溪水作为生产用水;电,主桥有630KWA变压器可以满足主梁施工需求,另配备一台200KW发电机,以备停电使用。-3-3.3挂篮设备设计、加工提前完成,并运抵现场。3.4模板准备:挂篮钢模板由丽水市就近工厂加工。3.5机械材料准备机材部提前
