1、心肌梗死患者外周血单个核细胞基质金属蛋白酶9mRNA的表达【摘要】目的:探讨单个核细胞(PBMC)中基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP9)在心肌梗死(AMI)病理生理机制中的作用。方法:用电化学发光法检测30例AMI患者与对照组30例血浆肌钙蛋白T(cTnT)的含量;用ELISA法测定血浆MMP9的含量及RTPCR检测单个核细胞中MMP9mRNA的表达水平。结果:AMI患者在6h及1周内MMP9的含量分别为(697±143)ng/mL,(597±102)ng/mL较对照组的(342±165)ng/mL显著增高(P<0.05)
2、,与cTnT的变化差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且呈正相关(r=0.82,P<0.05)。AMI患者单个核细胞MMP9mRNA表达显著增强。结论:AMI患者PBMC处于炎性状态,MMP9mRNA表达增强,并可能由此导致血浆MMP9水平增高。监测血浆MMP9的水平有可能成为了解AMI发生发展的一个重要诊断指标,为AMI的治疗和预后提供临床依据。【关键词】心肌梗死;基质金属蛋白酶9;单个核细胞;肌钙蛋白TMatrixmetalloproteinase9mRNAexpressionofperipheralblo
