1、心先安对急性心肌梗死患者左室舒张功能的影响作者：卢海崧梁中华张伟华【关键词】心肌梗死【摘要】目的观察心先安对急性心肌梗死（AMI）患者左室舒张功能的影响。方法96例AMI患者随机分为两组，对照组采用常规方法治疗;治疗组在常规方法治疗的基础上加用心先安注射液90～120mg加入5%葡萄糖注射液（或生理盐水）250ml中静脉滴注，每日1次。两组疗程均为2周。分别于治疗前和治疗后2周行心脏超声心动图，测定每搏量、心排血量、心排血指数、左心室射血分数、室壁增厚率、左心室短轴缩短率等。结果治疗2周后，治疗组患者的心排血量、每搏量、心排血指数、左心室射血分数、室壁增厚率、左心室短轴缩短率改善明
