1、小儿脑性瘫痪中医文献计量学分析【摘要】目的采用文献计量学方法对小儿脑性瘫痪(简称脑瘫)国内中医(含中西医结合)现代文献特征进行分析，以总结规律，指导临床及科研。方法制定文献的纳入标准、排除标准以及文献检索策略，检索中国生物医学文献网络版数据库、中国知识网期刊全文数据库和重庆维普全文期刊数据库，检索时间为19940101/20080531，获得国内有关小儿脑瘫的相关文献;对15年间国内医学期刊正式发表的677篇小儿脑瘫中医(含中西医结合)文献进行文献数量、地区分布、研究方向、期刊分布的计量学研究。结果小儿脑瘫中医现代文献数量总
2、体呈上升趋势，河南、广东、江苏、湖南、上海、山东、辽宁、福建、北京、湖北等地区对其研究处于领先地位;主要以中医传统的针刺、推拿按摩、针灸及中西医结合康复方法为研究方向，但对早期干预及其他辅助治疗手段的研究仍需加强;文献集中发表于康复、针灸、神经疾病及中西医结合杂志。结论小儿脑瘫国内的研究水平不断提高，已经形成热点研究地区及重点研究方向，但创新性有待进一步加强。【关键词】脑性瘫痪;文献计量学;医学，中国传统;儿童 【Abstract】ObjectiveUsebibliometricmethodstoanalyzethecha

5、iodicaldistributionsbasedonthe677domesticTCMliteratures(includingthecombinationofTCMwithWesternmedicineliteratures)publishedwithin15yearsinChina.ResultsThenumberofmodernTCMliteraturesshowedarisentrend.Henan,Guangdong,Jiangsu,Hunan,Shanghai,Shandong,Liaoning,Fujian,
6、Beijing,andHubeiledthedevelopment.ThetreatmentshadmainlybasedonTCMacupunctureandmanipulation.TheresearcheshadmainlybasedonacupunctureandthecombinationofTCMwithWesternmedicinerehabilitationmethods.Butstudiesonearlyinterventionsandothermeansofadjuvanttherapystillneed
