1、参附对失血性休克大鼠肝脏TF，TM，t-PA，PAI-1mRNA表达的影响【摘要】　　目的：探讨失血性休克大鼠肝脏组织组织因子(TF)、血栓调节蛋白(TM)、组织型纤溶酶原激活剂(t-PA)和纤溶酶原激活剂抑制物-1(PAI-1)的表达情况以及参附注射液的干预作用。方法：成年健康SD大鼠分成4组：对照组、休克组、林格液组、参附液组。对照组常规饲养，其余3组大鼠复制失血性休克模型。休克组不予治疗，林格液组用3倍失血量的林格液治疗，参附组用含参附注射液(10mL/kg)和林格液组成的3倍失血量的液体治疗。治疗后2

2、h取肝脏组织，－70℃保存，用逆转录多聚酶链反应（RT-PCR）法检测肝脏组织中t-PA，PAI-1和TF，TMmRNA的表达。结果：①休克组肝脏组织TF，TM，t-PA，PAI-1mRNA表达与对照组相比明显升高（P<0.05）。②林格液组肝脏组织TF，TM，t-PA，PAI-1mRNA表达与对照组及休克组比较明显升高(P<0.05)。③参附液组肝脏组织TF，TM，t-PA，PAI-1mRNA与对照组相比较，差异无显著性，与休克组及林格液组比较表达有降低，差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论
