1、两种血液分析仪测定结果的比较【摘要】目的：比较SysmexXE2100血液分析仪与AbbottCellDyn3700血液分析仪两者的测定结果并作出评价。方法：分别用SysmexXE2100血液分析仪与AbbottCellDyn3700血液分析仪同时测定136例住院患者静脉血标本，并将两者测定结果比较，然后将90例标本与显微镜白细胞分类结果进行相关性分析。38份经镜检确认含NRBC的标本，同时用SysmexXE2100与AbbottCellDyn3700进行测定，观察两者的测定结果。结果：SysmexXE2100与AbbottCellDyn

2、3700血液分析仪的测定结果相关性良好；在NRBC方面，SysmexXE2100的假阴性率比AbbottCellDyn3700为低；两者白细胞分类结果与显微镜计数结果相关性都良好，SysmexXE2100中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞、单核细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞和嗜碱性粒细胞相关系数(r)为0.9859，0.9775，0.8053，0.8695，0.5243(P<0．01)；AbbottCellDyn3700的r分别为0．9798，0．9750，0.8052，0.6531，0.3568(P<0.01)。结论：SysmexXE2100血液分析仪和A
