1、女性生殖道解脲支原体及人型支原体感染680例的耐药性分析【摘要】目的了解本地区女性生殖道解脲支原体(Uu)及人型支原体(Mh)感染率及对不同药物的耐药情况。方法采用女性子宫颈管分泌物培养+药敏法进行支原体感染及耐药性分析。结果在680例女性患者中,Uu、Mh、Uu+Mh阳性率分别为60.59%,12.35%,6.91%;药敏试验结果显示:Uu对喹诺酮类药物环丙沙星、可乐必妥、司帕沙星的耐药率居10种抗菌药前列,耐药率分别为92.71%、32.52%、26.94%;Uu对交沙霉素、强力霉素、克拉霉素敏感,敏感率分别为95.36%、91.99%、87
2、.86%;Mh则对环丙沙星、红霉素、罗红霉素的耐药率高,耐药率分别为91.67%、80.95%、80.95%;Mh对强力霉素、交沙霉素、克拉霉素较为敏感,敏感率分别为73.81%、70.24%和47.62%。结论Uu对环丙沙星、可乐必妥、司帕沙星的耐药率高,Mh则对环丙沙星、红霉素、罗红霉素耐药率高,Uu和Mh均对交沙霉素和强力霉素敏感,可作为治疗支原体感染的首选抗生素和经验用药。【关键词】支原体;药物耐药性;生殖道Analysison680casesoffemaleinfectionanddrugsensitivitytestofureapla
