1、孕妇梅毒患者焦虑抑郁情绪的调查【摘要】目的：探讨孕妇梅毒患者焦虑抑郁情绪的发生现状及其相关因素，引导她们进行心理调节，积极配合梅毒的治疗，减少梅毒对胎儿的影响，顺利渡过妊娠期。方法：采用一般情况调查表、社会支持量表、焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)，随机抽取由我院梅毒母婴传播控制项目确诊的孕妇梅毒患者共50例进行调查。结果：孕妇梅毒患者焦虑抑郁情绪高于正常孕妇(P<0.05)。孕妇梅毒患者中有抑郁情绪的占62.0%，有焦虑情绪的占74.0%。两者均与孕妇性格类型、初次诊疗是否规范、病程的长短、躯体症

2、状的轻重、是否混合其它性病的感染、文化程度、家人关心支持等因素密切相关。结论：孕妇梅毒患者的焦虑情绪与正常孕妇比较有差异，且与医源性因素、生理因素、社会心理因素密切相关，需要引起临床医生的高度注意，并有针对性地进行临床干预。【关键词】孕妇；梅毒；焦虑；抑郁InvestigationonAnxious&DepressiveEmotionsforthePregnantWomanwithSyphilisWANGSuping,LIZhen，TIANLishanNanshanDistrictChronicDiseas
