1、【摘要】目的进一步提高新生儿重症感染的早期诊断率,探讨一种快速、可靠的方法。方法用LUMITestPCT方法检测在我院出生的有感染可能的新生儿的脐动脉血清降钙素原(PCT)。同时检测脐动脉血C反应蛋白(CRP);由新生儿专业的医师对其病情进行观察,在不知道PCT值时做出病情临床诊断;病例组58例分为:重症感染组(23例)和局部感染组(35例),与对照组正常足月新生儿(30例)进行回顾性对比分析。结果早期开始的新生儿感染与CRP和PCT浓度在出生时的增加有显著相关性(P<0.001);脐动脉血中,PCT浓度的增加与CRP
2、水平变化呈正相关(r=0.86)。PCT的敏感性(95.6%)和特异性(97.1%)均高于CRP(敏感性78.3%,特异性94.2%)。结论PCT可作为新生儿感染的早期、快速检测指标,与CRP相比,PCT敏感性、特异性均高。本研究方法对新生儿无创伤。 关键词新生儿早期感染降钙素原脐动脉 Studyonthecorrelationbetweenearly-onsetneonatalinfectionandthelevelofplasmaPCTinumbilicalartery GaoYan,YangJinhua,Y
