1、【摘要】目的进一步提高新生儿重症感染的早期诊断率，探讨一种快速、可靠的方法。方法用LUMITestPCT方法检测在我院出生的有感染可能的新生儿的脐动脉血清降钙素原（PCT）。同时检测脐动脉血C反应蛋白（CRP）;由新生儿专业的医师对其病情进行观察，在不知道PCT值时做出病情临床诊断;病例组58例分为:重症感染组（23例）和局部感染组（35例），与对照组正常足月新生儿（30例）进行回顾性对比分析。结果早期开始的新生儿感染与CRP和PCT浓度在出生时的增加有显著相关性（P<0.001）;脐动脉血中，PCT浓度的增加与CRP

2、水平变化呈正相关（r=0.86）。PCT的敏感性（95.6%）和特异性（97.1%）均高于CRP（敏感性78.3%，特异性94.2%）。结论PCT可作为新生儿感染的早期、快速检测指标，与CRP相比，PCT敏感性、特异性均高。本研究方法对新生儿无创伤。　　关键词新生儿早期感染降钙素原脐动脉　　Studyonthecorrelationbetweenearly-onsetneonatalinfectionandthelevelofplasmaPCTinumbilicalartery　　GaoYan，YangJinhua，Y
