1、复方中药“克瘤宁”对人食管癌的抗癌作用及其机理研究【关键词】克瘤宁/药理学摘要:目的:探讨复方中药“克瘤宁”对人食管癌的抗癌作用及其机理。方法:①应用光镜、透射电镜,观察复方中药“克瘤宁”诱导人食管癌细胞株EC109细胞凋亡的作用;②用“克瘤宁”对移植人食管癌8d后的裸鼠进行治疗,实验共分五组:“克瘤宁”高浓度组(2.4g/kg)、中浓度组(1.2g/kg)、低浓度组(0.6g/kg)、阳性对照组(平阳霉素15mg/kg)和阴性对照组(生理盐水)。“克瘤宁”灌胃给药,每天一次,连续给药36次,平阳霉素腹腔注射给
2、药,每3d一次,共给药12次。实验重复二次。结果:①经“克瘤宁”处理的EC109细胞出现典型的细胞凋亡特征;②克瘤宁高、中、低三剂量在裸鼠体内对食管癌的抑瘤率分别为:66.36%~76.85%(P<0.01)、54.21%~55.56%(P<0.01)、38.32%~39.81%(P<0.01),阳性对照平阳霉素在裸鼠体内对食管癌的抑瘤率为51.40%~56.48%(P<0.01)。结论:①“克瘤宁”有诱导人食管癌细胞产生凋亡的作用,这可能是“克瘤宁”抗食管癌作用的重要机理;②在裸鼠可耐
