1、人事、劳资管理信息系统设计摘要随着时代的发展，计算机技术越来越深入各行各业，为广大的用户提供了更为周到和便捷的服务，在企业中，人事信息管理是非常重要的事情。所以需要开发一个简单的、易于操作的人事信息管理系统。人事管理系统是典型的信息管理系统(MIS)，其开发主要包括后台数据库的建立和维护以及前端应用程序的开发两个方面。对于前者要求建立起数据一致性和完整性强、数据安全性好的数据库。而对于后者则要求应用程序功能完备，易使用等特点。人事管理系统是对工作人员进行统一的管理，可以方便的进行录入，查询，修改，删除，退出。 结合本系统开发的特点，该系统采用
2、SQLserver2000做后台数据库管理系统，同时选择了比较容易自学的、功能强大的VisualBasic6.0作为开发工具，利用软件工程的思想和方法来设计。 本系统对员工的基本信息、考勤信息、工资信息等，进行了分类管理和统筹规划。采用了进入系统前验证用户身份的办法来加强对系统的安全性和保密性的管理，从而使得只有合法的用户才能进入本系统进行操作。【关键词】人事管理系统基本信息考勤信息工资信息47AbstractWiththedevelopmentofthetimes,computertechnologyisbecomingincreasing
