2、ation,markingthepaceofChina'snationaleconomytoacceleratetheintegrationoftradeliberalizationandeconomicglobalization.Asanimportantmeansofregulatingandcontrollingforeigntradeandeconomicties,tariffhasbeenthecoreofWTOmultilateralnegotiations.AfterChina'sentryintoWTO,theprovisionsnecessaryt
3、ocomplywiththeWTOinthetariffs,butalsomakefulluseofWTOtoprotectdomesticindustriessuchasjuvenilerights,inordertoimprovethedomesticindustryandthecompetitivenessoftheproducts,theoperationofthenationaleconomyatahighspeedandhighefficiencyofrail.First,WTOandtariffsystemThecoreoftheworldtradeo
4、rganizationistheWTOagreement,whosefunctionistoimplementtheWTOagreement,organizemultilateraltradenegotiations,settletradedisputesamongthemembers,andexaminethetradepoliciesofthemembers.Therefore,thebasicprinciplesoftheagreementsandagreementsthroughouttheWTOmustbenondiscrimination,transpa
5、rency,freetradeandfaircompetition,whichareembodiedinthetariffsystem:1.tariffconcession.(1)torealizetariffreductiononthebasisofmutualbenefit.AsubstantialreductionoftariffsisoneofthebasicpurposesofWTO,andtheeliminationofdiscriminatorytreatmentininternationaltrade,therealizationoftariffco
6、ncessionsintheformofmutuallybeneficialagreements.(2)accordingtothebasicrequirementsofmostfavorednationtreatment,nondiscriminatorytariffislevied.Let'scutthroughbilateralormultilateraltradenegotiationsoftheWTObythemembersoftheFangQuanhengtariff,theirinterests,initiativeandcommitment,itsc
7、ommitmenttotariffcutsstipulatedinthetariffreductionlist,followedbytheunconditionalMFNprinciple,applicabletoallmembersoftheparty.However,theconcessionsamongthemembersoftheeconomicintegrationorganizationandthetariffconcessionstothedevelopingcountriesareexceptions.(3)directlyloweringtar
