1、右旋龙脑_环糊精包合物稳定性和溶出度的研究?2196?中华中医药杂志(原中国医药学报)2012年8月第27卷第8期CJTCMP,August2012,Vol.27,No.8?研究报告?右旋龙脑-β-环糊精包合物稳定性和溶出度的研究苏健裕,陈建平,李冰,李琳(华南理工大学轻工与食品学院,广州510640)摘要:目的:对右旋龙脑-β-环糊精包合物的稳定性和溶出速率进行考察。方法:采用气相色谱法,以右旋龙脑含量测定为指标,分别对右旋龙脑-β-环糊精包合物和混合物进行挥发性试验、热稳定性试验、抗光解试验和溶出度试验。结果:在光和热的影响下,包
