2、)对坐骨神经慢性压迫性损伤(chronicconstrictioninjury,CCI)大鼠痛阈以及海马和中脑导水管周围灰质(periaqueductalgray,PAG)中白细胞介素.6(interleukin.6,IL-6)mRNA表达的影响.方法:建立大鼠慢性坐骨神经压迫性损伤模型,侧脑室微量注射EM.1(20g/20),手术前1d和手术后第7d观察其机械性痛敏和热痛敏的变化,术后第7d将大鼠处死,采用原位杂交观察海马和PAGIL-6mRNA的表达,假手术及侧脑室注射生理盐水作对照.结果:实验发现CCI手术导致大鼠机械性痛阈和热痛阈明显下降,且增加大鼠海马和PAG部位IL-6mRN
