2、.2各组测定治疗前及治疗第1,2.3,4周期的睾酮值,统计各周期的排卵率,受孕率.结果1.芍甘组治疗各周期睾酮的下降明显,与Diane一35组相比差异显着(P<0.01,P<0.01,P<0.05).第4周期的排卵率受孕率明显高于Diane一35组(P<0.…<0.01).2.芍甘加味组治疗各周期睾酮下降明显,与芍甘组相比差异显着(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.01)各周期的排卵率受孕率明显高于芍甘组.结论1.SPL比Diane一35有更好的降睾酮,提高排卵率,受孕率的效果.2SPL加味有比SPL更好
