1、2010年成都市从业人员健康体检甲肝、戊肝感染状况分析 [摘要]目的了解成都市食品、公共场所从业人员甲肝、戊肝感染状况,为卫生管理部门搞好卫生管理,病毒性肝炎的防控,以及戊肝疫苗的研发、应用积累和提供相关的科学依据。方法对2010年全年来成都市疾病预防控制中心预防医学诊断性门诊部进行健康体检的食品、公共卫生从业人员30753名,抽取静脉血5mL,采用酶联免疫吸附试验法FLISA,检测甲肝、戊肝抗HAV-IgM、抗HEV-IgM,并对检查结果进行分析。结果全年健康体检的食品、公共卫生从业人员中,甲肝HAV-IgM阳性
2、率0.0065%,戊肝HEV-IgM阳性率0.143%,戊肝感染率明显高于甲肝感染率,经比较p﹤0.01,差别具有极显著性意义,而甲肝HAV-IgM阳性者和戊肝HEV-IgM阳性者中,男性感染率明显高于女性,经比较p﹤0.05,差别也具有显著性意义。戊型肝炎的临床发病率由0.75/10万(2009年)上升到1.05/10万(2010年),而统计显示戊型肝炎隐性感染率是临床发病率的100多倍。结论戊肝的隐性感染率明显高于甲肝的隐性感染率,同时也明显高于戊肝的临床发病率。应重视和加强对戊肝的监测,预防与控制工作。 [关
